This is a Bridge Replacement Project Located in Jersey City, Hudson County. The Purpose of This Project is to Replace the Bridge and Provide the Minimum Required Curb-to-curb Width and Vertical Underclearance. The New Structure Will Be a Two-span Simple Span Bridge With a Link Slab at the Pier and Will Include an 8"-0" Shared Use Path on the East, One 12'-0" Nb Lanes, a 12'-0" Sb Lane, 4'-0" Shoulders on Each Side, a 2'-0" Painted Buffer on Each Side, and an 8'-0" Shared Use Path on the West. The Bridge Will Be Raised From 18'7" to 20" Height Over Path Tracks and From 19'7" to 23'Over Conrail Tracks to Meet the Minimum Vertical Clearance Required by Path and Conrail. New Retaining Walls Will Be Constructed at All Four Corners of the Bridge. The Existing Drainage System Will Be Updated to Meet Current Standards.
