Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % Question Deadline 05/16/2025 Every request for such interpretation shall be made in writing, to the Project Manager Scope of Work Base Bid Scope: Demolition: Remove and dispose of all existing flooring materials, including carpet, resilient flooring, rubber base, and associated adhesives. District dumpsters may not be used for disposal. All debris must be hauled off-site at contractor's expense. Substrate Preparation: Prepare all subfloor conditions to meet manufacturer's installation requirements. Include testing of slab moisture and conditions; use only manufacturer-approved adhesives for the verified substrate condition. Installation: Supply and install new flooring materials, including all adhesives, transitions, nosings, rubber base, and necessary sundries as identified in the drawing set. Provide all tools and equipment required for complete installation. Ensure all flooring materials are new, manufacturer-direct, and stored properly until installation. Field Verification: Contractor is responsible for conducting all field measurements and verifying quantities prior to material procurement. Owner Stock: Provide District 6 with 3% attic stock for each type, color, and pattern of flooring installed.
