Carrollton Detention Center The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: o Design modifications to various areas, such as the intake/booking areas, to improve function, capacity, and safety of the facility o Upgrades to the analog access control system to a fully digital system o New millwork in Central Control, Intake, and Fingerprint areas o Add a window to the Supervisor office facing the corridor o Paving upgrades and fence installation at the sallyport driveway for added security o Development and implementation of comprehensive construction phasing plan and schedule that includes coordination with jail staff and maintaining operations without any impact on security.
