CR Number: 2124118 Hutchings Psychiatric Center located at, 620 Madison Street, Syracuse, NY 13210, is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace a ramp, steps and railing at 5662 Thompson Road, Dewitt, NY 13214. The scope of work includes: 1. Remove ramp, steps and railing. Remove all waste from ramp demolition off site. 2. Install new ramp and steps in the same footprint. 3. All work will be ADA compliant and includes 4,000 PSI concrete with wire mesh to include fiber mesh. 4. Broom finish and Drylock Concrete Sealer Protector application. 5. Saw cuts for relief joints as the vendor finds applicable. 6. Footer and walls will have #4 rebar. 7. Supply and install all new aluminum railings per code and ADA. 8. Includes prevailing wage rates. All property, including the siding, shrubbery etc. must be protected. The building will remain active during construction. Remove all waste from the site when complete.
