The intent of this request is to evaluate and approve potential supplier(s) to become a vendor of record authorized to supply paving and patching repair 2025. The Town of Shaunavon is accepting RFQ's (Request for Quotes) for a qualified firm to provide for the 2025 street repair program. The program consists of two work packages: Work Package 1: 2025 Recapping 5th Street West Cull du Sac - 273' x 31 plus 75' x 75' = 14,088 sq ft (gutters are poor) Centre Street (2nd Ave. to 3rd Ave.) - 350' x 80' = 28,000 sq ft (gutters are poor) 2nd Ave. East (Centre to 2nd St. East) - 632' x 45' = 28,440 sq ft (10% patching required) 2nd Street East (2nd Ave. to 3rd Ave.) - 319' x 42' = 13,398 sq ft ( 10% patching required) 2nd Street East (3rd Ave. to 4th Ave.) - 528' x 35' = 18,480 sq ft (10% patching required) 2nd Street East (4th Ave. to 5th Ave.) - 566' x 35' = 19,810 sq ft (15% patching required) Work Package 2: 2025 Gate Valve Finalization Asphalt Patching 6 patches required: 12' x 12' = Approx. 144 sq ft each for a total of 864 sq ft Work shall be completed in June 2025 Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca
