Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Moab, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work includes preparation and installation of ADA accessible concrete sidewalk to park equipment and a concrete pad under shade. This project is funded in whole or in part by a grant through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages and compliance with Section 3 to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons and small businesses. Local, minority and woman owned business owners are encouraged to bid. Additionally, all applicable provisions of Build America, Buy America (BABA) will apply. The lowest responsible bidder will be selected. Moab City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept or reject the whole or any part of the proposal; or to waive any informality or technicality in the interest of Moab City. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
