Site work and new construction of a casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 220,000-square-foot casino; and for site work for a casino.
SCOPE OF WORK/SERVICES: Since its introduction in 2003, the Winstar tent- a large facility encompassing 220,000 square feet, with 131,500 square feet designated as the casino floor- has required continuous maintenance for both its fabric and the heating and cooling system, contributing to higher energy expenses. The scope of the project is to assess the viability of repairs to the current tent structure and to outline the details of that process. Additionally, it will evaluate whether constructing a new building addition would be more cost-effective solution in the long term. This study will need to be completed by or before June 30 th 2025. The Consultant will provide basic architectural and engineering services that includes assessment of the building, utilities, site, conceptual design based on programming outline that will be provided by owner, and a rough order of magnitude cost. Successful completion of the conceptual design may warrant amending and extending the contract for additional services including but not limited to design and construction related services.
