**As of June 24,2025, the project was awarded to Harris Construction Company Ltd, with an awarded amount of $1,834,497.49.** Scope of Project: Site Preparation, Detention Basin Excavation, off-site spoil disposal, on-site spoil disposal, drainage swales, (3) junction boxes, (2) manholes and outfalls. 184,800 CY of Detention Basin Excavation and Spoil Disposal 9,100 LF of Proposed Swale 4,500 LF of Backslope Interceptor Swale and 13 Backslope Interceptor Structures 803 SY of Concrete Sloped Paving 733 LF of 36-inch through 60-inch RCP and all appurtenances 330 LF of 5'x4' through 9'x4' RCB open construction and all appurtenances Stormwater Pollution Control A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
