Reference Number 0000373799 Bid Intent Not Available Purchase Type: Duration: 3 years Option: Two (2) one year extensions The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select multiple Construction Management Firms to provide support for the Construction of St. Petersburg College Projects pursuant to Chapter 1013, Florida Statutes; which are licensed per Chapter 489, Florida Statutes; to be selected per Florida Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act, Section 287.055 Florida Statues, and Rule 6A-2.0010, Florida Administrative Code. The construction management services shall include, but are not limited to the following: preconstruction services, coordination with the design team, subcontractor bidding, development of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), determining owner direct purchases, scheduling and coordination with SPC staff, contracting with all subcontractors, coordinating scheduling of the work among subcontractors and utility providers, supervision of the work, quality control, budget management, post-construction services, commissioning support and working closely with the architect of record/design team and the College on the various projects. The College will provide permitting, building code and fire inspection support services.
