The Projects Construction Start Is Anticipated to Be in Early Summer 2025. It is the Bidder's Responsibility to Inquire as to the Addenda Issued. A Certified Check or Bank Draft, Payable to the Order of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Aitkin County, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder(S) and an Acceptable Surety, in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid, Must Be Submitted With Each Bid. No Less Than Minimum Salaries and Wages Set Forth in the Contract Documents Must Be Paid on This Project (Including the Higher Applicable Minimum Wage Requirement of Federal Prevailing Wage Law - Davis Bacon Act and State of Minnesota Prevailing Wage Law - Minnesota Statues 177.41 Through 177.44).
