**PARENT PROJECT** *As of December 15, 2025, proposals for Sub bids for Phase 1 - Package 1 (Peak Flow Storage Tanks 2 & 3) were received on October 29, 2025. The bids received are currently under evaluation. Construction work for Phase 1/Package 1 is expected to start in early 2026. Trinity River Authority of Texas (Authority) invites the submittal of proposals ("Proposals") in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from all qualified firms to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) services for the Red Oak Creek Regional Wastewater System (ROCRWS) Expansion from 6.0 to 12.0 million gallons per day (MGD) (the "Project"). The expansion of the ROCRWS needs to be performed on an expedited basis to meet Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requirements.
