a) Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits and all appurtenances necessary to repair and replace roof systems on the City Hall building roofs, located at 326 West Marion Ave, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950. b) The selected contractor shall demonstrate at least 5 years' experience installing roofing systems. c) The contractor is responsible for supplying a watertight roof assembly, including removal of existing roof and ISO insulation, installation of new roof membrane, all flashing, drain connections, curb flashing, parapet wall connections and repair/replacing mounts for all roof mounted equipment as applicable. a) Bidders shall inspect roofs to determine measurements and level of effort of all work required to remove and dispose of existing roofing and install a complete new roofing system. Additional site visits during the bidding period requested by the contractor will be scheduled at the City's convenience; contractor to provide lift or ladder as needed if additional site visits are made.
