Bids for the Town Hall Roof Solar Project This project involves installing solar panels, and associated equipment and wiring, onto the roof of the Town Hall, on either the central upper roof or the lower roof over the eastern wing. The roof must be held in place in a manner that does not compromise the water tightness of the newly installed roof. The control equipment is to be located on the wall of a utility room in the basement of Town Hall. There is an existing conduit running from the utility room up to a raised section of the lower roof over the eastern wing, close to the wall that rises to the upper central roof The Town of Henrietta reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
