The bidder shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Illinois Human Rights Act specifically including but not limited to the requirement of 775 ILCS 5/2-105 that bidder shall have a written sexual harassment policy in place including at a minimum those requirements of such statutory provision. Said policy must be filed with the V.I.T. CUSD #2 prior to commencing work. The bidder shall comply with the requirement of 820 ILCS 265/15 that bidder shall have a written substance abuse prevention program in place including at a minimum those requirements of such statutory provision. Said program must be filed with the V.I.T. CUSD #2 prior to commencing work.
