The work includes approximately: - Installation of one (1) 20,000 litre steel double wall partitioned gasoline and diesel fuel above-grade storage tanks - Installation of two (2) fuel dispensers with 4 electric rewind hose reels and accessories - Installation of reinforced concrete pads and retaining walls for the proposed above-grade storage tanks and fuel dispensers - Installation of electrical and fuel piping for new pump dispensers, and lighting systems - Removal and disposal of two (2) existing buried 10,000 litre gasoline and diesel fuel storage tanks - Restoration of site following completion of work as well as other work incidental thereto. Digital plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained by registering as a plan taker with the office of B. M. ROSS AND ASSOCIATES LIMITED. A certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of $50,000 must accompany each bid. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Contractor shall commence tank removal between: October 13 - 17, 2025. The Contractor shall complete this contract in its entirety by: June 19, 2026
