Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Texas City, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The 106-acre park site would serve as a regional park and provide the following for the Western section of League City. A 5-Field Softball Complex and a 4-Field Pony/Colt/Little League Complex (both including restrooms, storage, and concession stands), 2 International-sized Soccer Fields, Tennis Courts/Pickleball Courts, a 9-hole Disc Golf Course, a 5K Trail, Picnic Facilities/Pavilion, 2 Playgrounds, Parking, Lighting, a Maintenance Facility, Utilities, Detention Ponds/Drainage, Landscaping and Irrigation, and 2 to 3 access roads into the park. The project includes platting of a Master Plan for the entire park. The addition of the 5 softball fields will alleviate overcrowding of playing fields by increasing the facilities available for programming needs for League City Pony-Colt, League City Little League, the Girls' ASA Softball Association, and League City Parks and Recreation. Plans for an entrance into the east side of the park from Calder Drive are being developed. Construction Documents are scheduled to be complete and reviewed by COLC by the end of 2024. The grant application for Texas Parks and Wildlife for $750,000 was submitted July 2024, notice of award will be sent by TPWD March 2025. Soil mitigation was complete Summer FY2024. This project is 4B Funded.
