Option No. 1 consists of dredging approximately 985,000 cubic yards from Section 305. Option No. 2 consists of dredging approximately 215,000 cubic yards from Section 706. Option No. 3 consists of dredging approximately 558,000 cubic yards from Sections 58 and 54. Option No. 4 consists of dredging Sections 300 through 305 and Sections 53A and 53B for a total of approximately 347,500 cubic yards. All dredged material will be placed in nearby placement areas along the Sabine-Neches Waterway, with additional placement at designated beneficial use sites for Schedule No. 1 and Option No. 1. The work is not subject to environmental dredging windows. The estimated completion time for Schedule No. 1 is 407 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated completion time for Option No. 1 is an additional 300 calendar days, Option No. 2 an additional 25 calendar days, Option No. 3 an additional 47 calendar days, and Option No. 4 an additional 54 calendar days, each added to the overall period of performance after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will apply for failure to complete the work within the specified timeframes. The estimated construction price range for this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
