Question Deadline 05/19/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions regarding clarification or interpretation of this solicitation should be addressed in writing at online Committee Meeting and Shortlist Week of June 16, 2025 Manhole, Wet Well and Structure Sealing, Coating and Lining Services The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified vendors or individuals to provide Manhole, Wet Well and Structure Sealing, Coating and Lining Services for Toho Water Authority. Toho encourages all prospective proposers to examine this RFP carefully. Qualified proposers are requested to submit proposals to provide the services described in this RFP. NOTE: Specific responsibilities of the selected proposer{s) will include, but not be limited to the following: a. Existing manhole rehabilitation and related services to include: 1. manhole inspections, 2. cleaning and preparation of manhole for rehabilitation including removal of existing coating or lining and patching to restore damaged / removed base material 3. rehabilitate manholes coat or line manholes as deemed appropriate by the owner 4. replace or adjust manhole frame and covers 5. flow control as required to perform assessment or rehabilitation Assignments to address quick turn-around maintenance needs (may include one or more locations) or capital project (typically in batches of greater than 20 location) needs.
