The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), is soliciting bids from qualified firm(s) to provide Demolition of Improvements, Structures, or other Encumbrances in the Right Of Way and/or Easement Areas This solicitation seeks to identify potential firms to provide Demolition of Improvements, Structures, or other Encumbrances in the Right Of Way and/or Easement Areas for the Scope of Services for the project /contract identified in Exhibit I. All respondents to this solicitation are subject to instructions communicated in this document, and are cautioned to completely review the entire solicitation and follow instructions carefully. GDOT reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of GDOT. The Georgia Department of Transportation has adopted a 15% overall annual goal for DBE participation on all projects. The Performance and Payment Bond shall be provided to the Department in the amount of 100 percent (%) of the total bid price, utilizing the Departments form, GDOT Form-SP404, Performance and Payment Bonds, effectively securing the Contractors obligations to perform the Services hereunder and to ensure that payments owed to subcontractors approved by the Department are made with respect to performance of portions of the services Questions due to GDOT 5-7-2025 2:00 PM Prime Contractors are defined as the firm submitting the bid response and the firm with whom GDOT will contract. The Team is defined as the Prime Contractor and their sub-contractor(s), who are considered team members. The Prime Contractor must be prequalified in the Right of Way Property Management service class (es) identified below in Section 5.A. The Prime Contractor or sub-contractor team members must be prequalified in the Right of Way Property Management service classes identified below in Section 5.B.
