License Requirements A or C-12 Liquidated Damages $1,000 per Calendar Day Project Duration Twenty Five (25) Working Days Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% This project consists of street improvements on Armstrong Avenue from Alluvial to Nees Avenue, approximately 0.5 mile. Construction shall include, grinding, scarify/re-compacting portions of aggregate base, asphalt paving, asphalt driveways, asphalt swales, hauling, ADA concrete improvements, adjustment of existing sewer and storm drain manholes, water valves to finish grade, pedestrian and timber barricades, funding signs, removal and replacement of trees, traffic markings and signs to current MUTCD standards. All work shall begin no later than July 7th, 2025. All work shall be completed prior to the first day of instruction for the 2024-2025
