Rockford Arena Venues Entertainment Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities. All bid-related questions must be submitted in writing to: William Folk, Director of Operations - wfolk@asmrockford.com The BMO Center and Coronado Theatre are two of Rockford's premier event venues, collectively hosting hundreds of sporting events, concerts, theatrical performances, and private events each year. Currently, neither venue has dedicated in-house stage lighting, limiting flexibility and production value. The installation of permanent lighting systems will: o BMO Center: Drastically enhance the in-game experience for Rockford IceHogs fans by enabling theatrical lighting effects for player intros, goal celebrations, and sponsored activations. o Coronado Theatre: Ensure technical competitiveness for concerts and tours, many of which now expect high-quality, built-in lighting systems. This reduces production costs and improves load-in efficiency. This project will procure: o A full lighting system tailored for hockey games, concerts, and private events at the BMO Center. o A concert-grade lighting system for the Coronado Theatre, adaptable for various stage plots. o All required accessories and AC cabling. This upgrade is essential to meet the evolving needs of touring acts, sports entertainment, and private renters--while positioning both venues for increased bookings and improved fan experiences.
