Reference Number 0000385805 The work under this contract consists of all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the installations and interconnections of LED lighting as needed along the Bronx River Parkway, Westchester County, New York. The County of Westchester reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw its bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening. Pursuant to Chapter 308 of the Laws of the County of Westchester, it is the goal of the County to use its best efforts to encourage, promote, and increase the participation of business enterprises owned and controlled by persons of color or women - Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE).
