Lac La Biche County (the "County") invites the submission of Proposals from qualified Professional Consultants or teams of qualitied professional services firms (the "Consultant") for the provision of a Housing Needs Assessment and Housing Strategy in Lac La Biche County, Alberta, Canada (the "Project"). o Review demographic trends o Review housing development trends o Assess and identify housing supply o Assess, identify and project various types of demand, including lone parent family, duplexes, townhouses, student housing, and multifamily units for the 10-year period o Assess and identify the support services that are essential or beneficial to be in proximity with some types of housing, or the impact of these services on home care and long-term care o Assess, identify and project affordable housing supply and demand for the next 10-ears o Recommend housing strategies for future development to address the identified anticipated unmet housing needs o A summary and recommendations related to funding opportunities, grant capital, and innovative development and delivery models is also expected.
