Request for information: Must be sent to the person in charge at least three working days before the deadline for receipt of bids Description of purpose: This contract covers all work performed by the supplier at Hydro-Québec's request for snow removal at the sites listed in Appendix 1 - Facilities Directory of this document, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the supply and transportation of all material and human resources including labor, materials, equipment, materials, tools and equipment required for snow removal and transportation, de-icing and spreading of appropriate de-icing products and abrasives, snow and ice removal from vehicles identified by a traffic sign, as well as clean-up work and restoration of Hydro-Québec sites, all as more fully described in the special technical clauses (STC) for each of the groups of this contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
