Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in London, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center.
Construction of a community centre and/or aquatic centre in St. Thomas. Aquatic centre options include - Option 1A: a 2-tank, 25-metre pool with 8 lanes and a leisure pool; double gymnasium; 2 to 3 multipurpose rooms; and an indoor playground. Option 1B: 3-tank, 25-metre pool with 8 lanes, a leisure pool, and a therapy pool; double gymnasium; 3+ multipurpose rooms; an indoor playground; a fitness centre and walking track; and a youth centre. Sports Dome concepts include - Option 2A: 2 small-sided turf fields and a support building. Option 2B: 2+ small-sided turf fields; a sports court; a perimeter walking track; and a support building. TIMELINE: Plans are conceptual. Feasibility Study is complete and was presented to Council for review. Council may be in a better position to determine project viability once the overhaul of the long-term financial planning framework is complete. Further update may be confirmed late 2026/early 2027.
