The selected contractor will be responsible for: o Completing seawall repairs/restoration at the following locations o 104 linear feet at Oak Avenue: Latitude 27.52618 N, Longitude 82.72826 W o 110 linear feet at Lake LaVista: Latitude 27.53316 N, Longitude 82.73306 W o 50 linear feet at Tarpon Street: Latitude 27.52360 N, Longitude 82.72830 W o 93 linear feet total; 40 linear feet owned by the City at Rod and Reel: Latitude 27.53781 N, Longitude 82.73984 W o Providing all labor, equipment, supervision, and materials. o Adhering to all safety and technical standards set forth by the City. Bidders may submit a bid for one or more of the seawall projects listed. The City reserves the right to award one or more contracts, based on pricing received for each seawall location and in the best interest of the City. The City may select different contractors for different seawall projects or may select a single contractor for multiple or all projects, at its sole discretion. Each bidder must provide an itemized price for the repair/restoration of each seawall location listed above. All bids must include a complete Bid Form (see Appendix A) showing a separate line for each seawall and a total bid price. Please include the 93 linear feet price for the Rod and Reel seawall and designate of that price the amount for the 40 linear feet owned by the City.
