The City of Tampa is soliciting bids from qualified companies for the disposal of Class III Waste at an alternative solid waste management facility located within a fifteen (15) mile radius (driving distance) of the City's McKay Bay Transfer Stations for use principally by the Department of Solid Waste and Environmental Program Management and various other departments. Background When Class III Waste is collected by the City's collection vehicles, the City will need an alternate facility to haul the waste directly to due to any unforeseen circumstances or diversions at the City's McKay Bay Facility and Transfer Stations. Question Submission Deadline: May 22, 2025, 5:00pm. BASIS OF AWARD The City of Tampa reserves the right to award this bid by aggregate total. To be considered lowest responsive, responsible Bidder by aggregate, the Bidder shall have to bid on all items.
