Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 2,880-square-foot stadium.
Please provide pricing for the REDESIGN of UNF's ESports Venue in Building 58W on campus. STOREFRONT SEALED BIDs to be delivered to Auld & White's office (SUITE 101) prior to bid deadline. (PUBLIC OPENING). Auld & White is the Construction Manager for the renovation to UNF's ESports Venue Renovations. Storefront/Glazing Bid Package Narrative included. Overall scope of work to include interior renovations of approx. +/- 2,880 SQFT on the 2nd Floor of the existing Bldg 58 West (John A Delaney Student Union). Work includes, but is not limited to Demolition of storefront wall assembly, Flooring, Ceilings, Wall mounted Furniture/Equipment. New construction to include Wall Skimming, New Flooring & Base, Painting, New Power & Data Wiring, New Lighting, New ACT, New Fire Rated Glass Storefront Walls & Doors, New Frameless Glass Partitions, Acoustical Ceiling System, and Associated Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection work. Refer to drawings for exact scope of work. NOTE THAT UNF CONTRACTOR "HORIZON AVL" WILL BE PROVIDING ADDITIONAL BUILT-IN ITEMS, AUDIO VISUAL, TECHNOLOGY, AND ESPORTS EQUIPMENT AFTER THE INITIAL BUILDOUT OF THE SPACE IS COMPLETED BY THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR. REFER TO ATTACHED HORIZON AVL DRAWINGS FOR THEIR EXACT SCOPE OF WORK. Work scheduled to commence no later than July 2025 WITH A 5.5-month duration anticipated.
