Renovation of a hospitality development in Ocean City, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.

Project Manager and Architect / Engineer Design Work Proposals are requested for Project Management and Architectural / Engineering services for the restoration of the Henry Hotel, 101 S. Division Street, Ocean City, MD 21842. Work includes the design of construction documents and overall project management for the foundation rehabilitation and exterior building renovations. Project is partly funded by the MD Historical Trust and the MD Dept. of Housing and Community Development. All work must comply with Secretary's Standards and all State regs. incl. EEO.
