The City of Durham, North Carolina Department of Water Management is soliciting contractor proposals for generator maintenance, monthly testing, and emergency repair services for approximately 83 generators. The contract is for a term of three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The Submission of Proposal shall include a yearly unit price for the preventative maintenance recommended per generator including specified monthly testing and a rate for emergency repair services on a per hour basis with a guaranteed 2-hour response time. The Contractor shall validate in their proposal the ability to maintain all major generator manufacturer units from 10kW to 2500 kW, and 208 V to 4160 V.
