Renovation of a parking garage in Paterson, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Each bid, the total price of which exceeds $100,000.00 shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, including alternates, not to exceed $20,000. Corporate bidders are required by law to submit a list of the names and addresses of all interest-holders owning 10% or more of their interest. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with applicable law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 17:27 and N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2. This project will have a Project Labor Agreement in conformity with N.J.S.A. 52:38-1 et seq., Chapter 38 Project Labor Agreements. The Contractor and listed sub-contractors are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 The Public Works Contractor Registration Act and must submit certification(s) in accordance with the law. NJ Prevailing Wage Act is applicable for this project. The Contractor shall pay the current prevailing wage rates for any craft as determined by the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development. The New Jersey Economic Development Authority has minority & female goals for this project. The goal for Passaic County is 36% minority & 6.9% female.
