Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rib Mountain, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project Includes the Following Work: Lilac Ave Reconstruction (Phlox Ln to Rib Mountain Dr) - Approximately 2,450 Lf Including Concrete Storm Sewer Inlets & Manholes, Hdpe Storm Sewer Pipe and Culverts, Unclassified Exaction Base Aggregate Dense, Hma Pavement, Concrete Driveway & Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter, Pavement Marking, Signing, Traffic Control and Restoration. The Anticipated Substantial Completion Completion Date is November 14, 2025. No Proposal Will Be Accepted Unless Bond Equal to at Least 5% of the Amount Bid, Payable to the Owner as a Guarantee That, if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Bond Within 15 Days After the Award of the Will Be Returned to the Bidder as Soon as The Contract is Signed, and if After 15 Days Check or Bid Bond Shall Be Forfeited to the Owner as Liquidated Damages. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid Within 60 Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. The Minimum Wages to Be Paid on the Project Shall Be in Accordance With the Wage Rate Scale Established by Local Wage Rates. The Lilac Avenue Reconstruction Project Is Funded in Part by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Program (Lrip). Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Bids. Questions deadline: 05/10/2025
