Reference Number 0000292793 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/20 04:30:00 PM EDT The Proponent is responsible for completing the scope of work outlined on pages 2 and 3 by October 15, 2025. Work Includes Safe removal and disposal of the existing MAU Supply and installation of a new AAON (or equivalent) unit Connection to all utilities: gas, electrical, ducting, and control systems Full BAS integration and system commissioning Operator training and documentation handover The Town of Shelburne reserves the right to accept any Proposal or Proposals or any portion of any Proposal that the Town determines is in the Town's best interests, even if that Proposal is not the lowest in dollar amounts. Such decisions of the Town are final and binding. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
