Dutchess BOCES is requesting quotes for a crane lift to install two HVAC units at our Salt Point Center building. Each unit weighs approximately 500-600 pounds. The lift is scheduled to take place on May 22, 2025. This project qualifies as Public Works under NYS Labor Law Article 8. Therefore, prevailing wage rates must be paid. Certified payrolls must be submitted to the designated project manager upon completion. Vendors may schedule a site visit prior to the lift date to assess access and lifting requirements. All site visits must be coordinated in advance through the Purchasing Office.
