Description

Site work for a civil project in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Summary:Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision required to remove and dewater digested residuals from Primary Biosolids Holding Tank at Army Base Treatment Plant. All in accordance with the attached specifications, following requirements, terms and conditions. The work shall include the furnishing of labor, equipment and materials required to remove and dewater solids from Primary biosolids holdingtank. The following system will be used to complete the scope of work. Belt Filter Press MixingTank Pump Centrifugal 2 to 4" Hydraulic Pump w/ power unit HRSD Army Base Scope Supply uninterrupted access to the project site for the duration of the project during normal working hours Provide a staging area for processing equipment. Provide site improvement as needed. Provide adequate restroom facilities. Provide water supply within 50 feet of site, 60 psi minimal. Provide power480V amperage Provide equipment to suspend contractors pump and hose in the tank. Provide trans vessels to load dewatered material into. Exclusion and Assumptions Pricing based on a one-time mobilization/demobilization, Wet ton processing rate. The total solids available to be removed is an estimate only. Estimated 225, 520 gallons in place and 521 wet tons post dewatering. Filtrate return and monitoring to be established by plant staff.
