Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of the construction of various site improvements at Fleischman Park including concrete sidewalks, exposed aggregate concrete accents, construction of a clock tower, power supply for the clock tower, new site furnishings and landscape improvements. Additional work includes the installation of new electric vehicle charging stations, and lighting and light poles in Fleishman Park and along Webster St as noted in the Bidding Documents dated April 2025. A pre-bid conference will not be held for the project. The MWBE combined goal for construction contracts is 30% of the contract value for any contract with a value above $100,000 Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
