Black & Veatch and Overland Contracting (a subsidiary of Black & Veatch), as the Program Manager and Construction Manager for the Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10) on behalf of the City of Memphis, is soliciting Request for Bid (RFB) for the Raleigh Millington Sewer Improvements Scope of Work. The scope of work for this project generally includes the installation of a new sewer pump station, +-9,300 LF of 12" force main, abandonment of existing gravity sewer manholes, erosion control, traffic control, bypass pumping, and site prep & restoration. There is a directional bore under Raleigh Millington near the Shelby County Fire Station. The bid also includes two alternates for sewer improvements on the Charles Baker Airport property. Bidding on each alternate is mandatory for this project.
