Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bayfield, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a retail development; for site work for a retail development; service station / car wash facility; and service station / car wash facility.

The proposal shall be presented in the following form: 1. An executive summary. 2. Proposed project schedule. 3. Description of design process- Predesign through Construction Administration 4. References highlighting similar projects 5. Similar project examples. A description of relevant experience, including: (1) The name of the project manager/contact person with resume outlining experience with similar projects. 6. Submit a total lump sum fee, and separate line-item pricing for Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Project Administration, 5% Tribal Tax and all other Consultants. The project replaces a small convenience store and gas station currently on a nearby site. The new store will take advantage of visibility on a raised site at the bend in Highway 13 to attract tourists and seasonal residents of the area as well as serving the local community. 1.1 The proposed building is approximately 3000 square feet to include modern convenience retail space, ready-to-eat food, coolers, check-out, receiving, storage, and office space. 1.2 The gas station will include approximately 30,000 gallons of underground fuel storage, 5 pumps, canopy, and all related fuel system components. 1.3 An additional pump island for diesel fuel. 1.4 Building and site planning to allow for expansion. 1.5 The project will be an integral part the future Village Center and designs are to coordinate with future plans for the Center. 1.6 Natural and environmental concerns and cultural recognition are to be important factors in the design The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
