Renovation of a municipal facility in Cleburne, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of June 26,2025 the project was awarded to Tryggr Roofing, with an awarded amount of $ 80,101.60.** Cletran Roof Replacement Questions may be directed to the City's Purchasing Agent, by emailing purchasing@cleburne.net. The City is seeking bids for the replacement ofthe metal roof on an existing municipal building. The approximate square feet ofthe building 2,500 sq ft. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, and delivery necessary for the successful completion ofthe project. o Removal of existing mechanically fastened roofsystem and haul away. o Install high-temp ice and water shield on the entire roof area. o Install 1.75" SnapLoc Roofsystem, including all trim and flashing associated with it. o Remove existing gutters and dispose of them. o Install new seamless gutters and downspouts. o Project manager to ensure quality ofwork and safe procedures during the scope of work. Gutter Installation Details: Removal and Installation of 6" seamless gutters and downspouts. o Strip miter for seamless gutter. o Downspouts 3x4 in a color of the customer's choosing. o 3x4 downspout elbows.
