Time will be assessed against the Contractor beginning with the date of the notice to proceed. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $100.00 per day will be assessed for each andevery day the project remains incomplete beyond the established completion date. The State of Louisiana reserves the right to revise this calendar. Revisions before the bid opening date and time, if any, will be formalized by the issuance of an addendum to this ITB. The Office of State Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all bids and in particular to reject a bid not accompanied by any required bid security or data required by the bid documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. The Office of State Procurement reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received, deemed to be in the best interest of the State of Louisiana.
