Dimensions could suffice for bidding purposes, but all contractors are responsible for acquiring their own final measurements. o All colors and material must meet district approval. o All construction and material must be consistent with the International Building Code (IBC) o Any demolition and excess construction materials must be disposed ofby the bidder. The perimeter walls exist. o 2x4 wood stud walls for a height of 10' o Stud wall to be insulated with appropriate fiberglass insulation which will primarily be for sound dampening. o 5/8 fire rated, asbestos free drywall, taped and floated with a very light texture, either blown or rolled. Must be preapproved by the district. o One coat of drywall primer and two coats ifinterior paint for new walls and one coat ofpaint or existing walls. Primer and paint to be provided by the district. o A total ofseven 3x7 doors andjambs with wedge casing will need to be installed as shown on the diagram.
