The purpose of this call for tenders is to award a construction work contract to dismantle and recover the facilities of an abandoned ski lift located on public territory in the MRC of Avignon en Gaspesie. Two small wooden buildings, ten metal pylons and various cables, pipes and scrap metal must be removed from the site and placed in a suitable recovery location. The construction site is located on lot number 6 177 608 of the Bonaventure Land Division 2, in the municipality of Pointe-a-la-Croix. The contract will begin on the date of signature and end on October 31, 2025 for an estimated contract term (without option) of five months. The work must be completed as soon as the contract is signed and no later than September 28, 2025.
