Site work for a mixed-use development in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The goal of this project is to replace the existing, aged manual gate, located across the front entrance driveway to the Indiana County Technology Center campus, with a mechanical gate that allows for multi-tenant access, automatic open and closed scheduling, and HID reader capabilities. Contract Award Date: 5/27/2025 For any construction related contract exceeding $25,000, the contractor shall provide a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price (Section 756 and 757 of the school code and the Public Works Contractors Bond Law of 1967). Non-construction related contracts may also require performance and/or labor and materials bonds. In some cases, a certified check or bid bond in the amount from ten percent (10%) to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid may be requested prior to bid award.
