Trinity Charter Schools, a Texas open-enrollment charter school, is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals for a contractor to perform construction services on a project in Willis, Texas involving site work for one prefabricated modular building. The school intends to evaluate proposals and select a contractor in a one-step selection process in accordance with Sections 2269.151-.155 of the Texas Government Code. The School reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this RFCSP, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise or to proceed otherwise where in the best interest of the School. The preliminary scope of work for this project includes: 1 - Site work for the installation of one 18x44 school modular building in Willis, TX, including electrical, earthwork, and utility connections. TCS is expanding a small K-12 school campus located at 13207 FM 2432, Willis, TX 77378. We will need the following services to place one 18 x 44 modular building on the property: Slight earth work needed to place one 18x44 modular (specs to follow) on the property We will need electric tied in to the modular.
