Site work and paving for a civil project in Markham, Ontario. Design plans call for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Road widening (from two to four lanes) inclusive of Active Transportation Facilities, sidewalks, curbs, driveways, new storm and sanitary sewers, storm water management, watermain replacement, lateral services (sewers and watermains), new traffic signals and street lighting. Site A: Rodick Road from the intersection of 14th Ave to Miller Ave. Site B: Miller Ave from the intersection of Rodick Road to Woodbine Ave. TIMLEINE: Detailed design is underway. 90% of design will be carried out starting in fall, 2026 till spring, 2027. 100% of detailed design is to be completed by summer, 2027. Construction timelines have not been defined. Further update in early 2027.
