The Project includes the following Work: Installation of water tower mixer and recirculation pump, interior and exterior structure modifications, removing and replacing interior and exterior coatings, and electrical and controls. Est. Completion Date: Dec. 8, 2025 ** doc info : Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund of $60.00 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above. Installation of new watermain, fire hydrant, gate valve, and connection to the existing system
