Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Riverdale, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for construction of the above projects; including, but not limited to, the following items of work: mobilization; obtaining all bonds and insurance, removal of asphalt, removal of storm water pipe, junction boxes and dip stones; removal of concrete flatwork, removal of sections of curb & gutter; removal of sidewalk, removal of concrete water ways; installation of 15-inch RCP storm water pipe, installation of storm water inlets, manholes, installation of sections of curb & gutter, sidewalk and ADA ramps, installation of asphalt and roadbase surfacing; miscellaneous landscaping; and all appurtenant work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer, CEC, Civil Engineering Consultants, PLLC.
