The project is expected to be awarded Tomorrow.** This project involves furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete asphalt paving and associated roadway improvements. The work includes planing and overlaying existing roadways with HMA pavement, adjusting utility structures, and installing new pavement markings along Beaver Lake Road SE. Solicitation for this Invitation to Bid (ITB) will be managed exclusively through Direct. Questions shall be submitted through online by Thursday, May 15th, 2025, at 4:00 pm PDT. Questions will be answered through online by Friday, May 16th, 2025, at 4:00 pm PDT. Bids will be accepted through online until 11:00 am PDT on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. The City reserves the right to amend the terms of this ITB, to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the ITB at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.
