Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Mississauga, Ontario. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

New Science Building (NSB) Renovations. Scope to include: conversion of void space into a custodial closet; renovations to accommodate a Bioreactor system in the equipment room and a second dark room in the microscope room; additional bench work and lab accessories; creation of study booths in the grad office space on the 3rd and 4th floors; and division of existing singular CL2 lab into two separate CL2 labs. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal for architectural and engineering design services has been awarded. Project is in design. Tender and construction tentatively scheduled for late 2025.
