Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This contract includes the following major components: 1. Demolition - This work includes limited removal of existing curbs / walks / drives / asphalt / stormwater inlet, and removal of other items that are required to properly construct the improvements. 2. Site Preparation - This work includes clearing, grubbing, tree removal, excavating, embanking, and other work that is required to prepare the site for constructing improvements. 3. Walk Construction - This work includes constructing approximately 1,350 LF of new concrete walk and additional walk replacement as directed by City Forces. 4. Wall Construction - This work includes constructing approximately 40 LF of low height wall along Airport Road in proximity to the railroad tracks (Wall #1) and approximately 100 LF of low height wall along Airport Road at businesses commonly known as Airport Studios (Wall #2). 5. Paved Gutter and Full Depth Asphalt - This work includes constructing approximately 160 LF of City standard paved gutter along with approximately 260 LF of full depth asphalt along the north side of Airport Road between project stations 1+30 and 4+10. 6. Stormwater improvements - This work includes constructing six new inlets and associated pipes through the project area. 7. Site Restoration - This work includes the permanent restoration of all project areas including the permanent stabilization of graded areas, the removal of construction debris and waste, and fine grading of the project site.
